From a education point of view, Ballmer's acknowledgement of "reusable code and automated development" was intriguing since both the Navigator and Explorer fall sternly short in that department.
If ever there was a need for reusable code, it is in answer to the frequent demands from management to turn in "cascade" style sheets.
