If there could be a change and do more kids stay in school and get the education that they need, everything just may work out. I know that the unemployment office, where I was from has a summer program for young adults.
Which helps them learn how to manage their money and get a job. This generation, I think that more and more kids are dropping out of school because there is no money to help them with their education. I believe that drugs and alcohol may play a giant part in that too.
With all that I have mentioned supra does not mean that they would do a crime precisely it is possible. With no money coming in they have to beget a way, that is when they move to robbery and theft. The ones that usually end up in prison are the ones in poverty because they unendingly end up getting caught.
