Messages be a subtle form of communication amongst individuals. Children be first introduced to messaging in school. Seeing notes being passed between snickering classmates was the introduction to this soon to be abomination. In this generation however, messages argon sent through the affectionate network. Children be constantly twiddling their thumbs on phones, sending countless text messages. These text messages ar small, incomplete, boring sentences sent between phones. The social media cuts into family time as well. Children favour online chatting over face to face interactions with their families these days. Television also increases the surpass between family members. The social media is destroying families and friendships because people are too distrait with the social media to pay attention to those around them.
Modern gild is consuming itself with all the excessive social networking and media. Teenagers and young adults are spending so much time on Twitter, Facebook, and Skype that individuals are losing everyday social skills used to communicate in the authoritative world. The youth of this generation is floating off from reality in favor of the vast universe of cyberspace; living undersurface screen names and profile pictures.



The reason todays adolescents enjoy the social network so much is because Facebook is notwithstanding another form of escapism; we can turn our lives into distributor point dramas and relationships into germdy routines (Mathias 240). Social networking, which is texting and communicating with individuals over the internet, is just a huge waste of time to say the least. Facebook is just a site where people narrate their lives. Millions of people find this so entertaining that they will sit in front of the ready reckoner for hours at a time, watching all the wall posts come up from their friends.
