jolly marriage should be effectual because it is all the way stated in the United States Constitution, The 1st amendment of the Constitution states that a persons religious beliefs or a neediness of thereof must be protected. Legislatures too cannot discriminate against marriages of the nonage party which, homosexual people fall into that category. There is also an amendment stating there is separation of church and state, so you cannot decl be that a marriage is a gift from God (Teen Ink).
Claim 2
Secondly, same sex marriage provides a more unchanging environment for children of lesbian and gay couples. According to the 2000 Census, 96 pct of U.S. counties, no matter how remote, no matter how conservative, have at least maven same-sex couple with a child. However one may feel about this, its happening now and if the legal institution of marriage is good for the children of heterosexual parents, wherefore should the children of lesbian and gay couples be punished by their government plain because of the sexual orientation of their parents? In golf club, people say children can annul out different if they are not raised how society sees it to be correct, which is having both a father and a female parent; however, having 2 moms or 2 dads is no different as long as they are taken care of and shown compressed love and care. Children should grow up with married parents regardless if they are straight or gay.
