1.  How would you describe your grapheme in your current position and your educational preparation for this role?My position as director is to oversee the medical surgical unit, orthopedic and spinal unit, case managers, social workers, physical therapy, speech therapy, and occupational therapy.  My role is the be a leader, mentor and support my staff.  Also to direct my staff for ruin patient care and implement evidence based practice.  beingness the manager of all these specialties is time consuming and requires that I am organized.



  I am in charge of scheduling, training, recruiting, and preparing department bud get offs.  My role seems to be forever growing. Preparation for my role: nursing educate for four years, Bachelors to Masters an additional two years.  I am also required to attend leadership conferences and a volume of additional training to follow out my role.2.  How would you explain the eccentric contributions you as a nurse engender to an interdisciplinary team up?
