The organisation where I am doing my placement is a Voluntary Organisation called Kirklees Refugees And Friends Together ( kraft) based in Huddersfield. Its main funders are The Angel Group, The Joseph Rowntree Foundation and Kirklees Asylum deliver Services (KASS)
How is it structured and where does it fit in the Social sustentation Spectrum
The Organisation is run by an Executive Management commissioning which is composed of Refugees as well as volunteers. This committee is stringently administrative and the members are not directly involved with the periodic practice. Below them comes the Director who is always available and manages what goes on daily. She is back up by a Project coordinator, Senior Case Worker, voluntary Coordinator, Volunteers who include students from surrounding universities and some members of the community who help with interpreting.
