Create a Problem Statement
The purpose of this paper is to compose a problem statement on the issues at Kudler fair Foods. I will also create an end ken to the issues describing where Kudler Fine Foods could be if this opportunity is realized by management action.
Kudler Fine Foods
Kudler Fine Foods is a premiere gourmet grocery store for individuals searching for the finest meats, chesses, wines, and produce. If Kudler Foods does not resolve some of their issues in a timely manner, the vision of Kudler Foods could be in jeopardy. The issues that lease to be addressed are the lack of delegation within the management team at Kudler Fine Foods.
Problem Statement
As the organization continues to grow, Kathy Kudle who is founder and president of Kudler Fine Foods finds she is spreading herself to thin. Kathy has taken on the responsibility to handle all the daily activities for which she has subject individuals who can handle the job if she would delegate the work to them. Kathys organization chart shows one animal trainer per store.
Kathy hires, fires, finalizes ancestry, places the weekly shapes and controls the finances.

If Kathy is going to survive she must make the necessary changes as soon as possible. The store manager should be amenable for all daily activities for his or her store. Each store has an inventory department, shipping and receiving,
payroll, human resources, and purchasing. The store manager should have at least one coordinator who handles all the paperwork for his or her department and one or two expeditors who handle all the movement of items throughout the store.
