Background:

As owner and national sales representative for Bravo merchant Sysytems, you must struggle with ensuring that every decision made optimisticly impacts the companys bottom line. It is my understanding that recently, there assume had several consumer complaints from new and existing customers, concerning the wait time to take up a response for requests made to our Customer Relations division. This abridge should be resolved immediately in an effort to hold our current customer ass and attract new clientele. Our charge is to provide prompt and relicapable service to our customers and we fail to escort this expectation if the turn around time is extensive.

Not solvent this matter promptly will result in a significant decline in fiscal growth. Problem:
