If the secret involves harming that someone or someone else I think back it is imperative to let someone know so as to help this person. direct if the secret is not dangerous, then yes it is wrong to divulge some other persons secret especially if they had asked you not to.

* I believe whole heartedly that everyone, no matter their race, religion or gender, should have equal opportunities.
